On 9 November 1970, the USA's Orbiting Frog Otolith satellite launched two bullfrogs into orbit for a week. Between 2 and 10 December 1990. Toyohiro Akiyama, a jaoajapa journalist, took six green tree frog to the Soviet Mir space station to conduct weightlessness experiments.
